Update pyalpm

The pyalpm update has been blocking (and been itself blocked by pacman > 6.0.0 changes) development.

Time to update the dependency! :)

In the future it would probably be good to further automate pyalpm builds and releases, so that it gets easier to consume it in various versions.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
