Run tests also against Arch Linux packages

To ensure maximum compatibility with Arch Linux we need to also run our coverage tests against the system provided versions of the dependencies of this project. This separate target should additionally be triggered by a daily timer.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
