Use schema_version instead of format_ for BuildInfo/ OutputBuildInfo

The use of format_ (from the inherited format found in .BUILDINFO files) should be switched to widely adopted schema_version (i.e. SchemaVersionV1 or SchemaVersionV2).

Internally it does not make sense to use two different models that do the exact same thing.
