Inspect packages in core on a daily basis

The [core] repository is reasonably small to run repod-file package inspect on the package files contained in it. We can run this on a daily timer to ensure, that packages are valid. Currently there is one package which is not valid (see #61).

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
