Make email validation configurable
At the moment we even check deliverability of the email when validating a UIDs email address. This is too much for testing environments and also for most users and thus should become configurable.
Due to an influx of spam, we have had to temporarily disable account registrations. Please write an email to accountsupport@archlinux.org, with your desired username, if you want to get access. Sorry for the inconvenience.
