Added a 'getting started' guide. It most certainly is wrong either as a whole concept, or parts of it. In which case, feel free to scrap - change - or point it out :)
This reflects my understanding of what needs to exist in order to use db2json and json2db, as well as what the working data is intended to be for this tool to begin with.
