Inspect packages in core on a daily basis

Merged Kristian Klausen requested to merge klausenbusk/repod:test-core into main

The [core] repository is reasonably small to run repod-file package inspect on the package files contained in it. We can run this on a schedule to ensure, the packages are valid.

I guess it would be good to retain the name of the package somehow. The output of repod-file will probably be a bit too verbose and not super JSON friendly.
