RFC52: Switch around copyright line and change copyright text

Switch the copyright line to be above the license so that it's consistent with the example above it.
Also use a different example copyright text that is more in line with what I'm going to be implementing
in pkgctl version.

It's just an example and as such shouldn't require an official ammendment I reckon.
