Re-export all return value types

Currently some return value types are not yet publicly re-exported. As users of the nethsm library may want to do deeper introspection into the given return types but should not have to use nethsm-sdk-rs directly, they should all be re-exported.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
