Document the output format when calling `nethsm key cert get`

In the documentation for nethsm key cert import we (more) correctly define the expected type of certificate when importing.

When receiving a certificate, added for a key, we need to ensure to document correctly what types of formats may be returned.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
