Add expectation for sponsorship receivers

Things like

• Don't try to sell received goods
• Try to help in the communities best interest (bugreporting, testing, documentation etc.)
• Leave a good impression as point of contact to the Arch project (i.e. be nice in vendor chats etc.)

Does this make sens to you aswell @raffomania ?
