Easy distinction between major and minor sponsorship

We should try to either find an easy distinction between a major and a minor sponsorship (archlinux/rfcs!55 (comment 305792)) or remove the concept from the RFC:

While this might be tricky to get right it would definitely help to have a clear cutoff point. Something like "As a guideline, anything above the equivalent of a 200$ in value is definitly considered a major sponsorship"
