Although the Makefile has the required dependencies, once everything is
launched in parallel making the live reloader unavailable as caddy
already launches.

Order the repository's so core/extraa is ordered before [community]

Use React to structurize the code better and allowing easier creation of
HTML elements and code reuse.

Instead of using webpack with sass hacked in, switch to a simpler setup
with budo for JavaScript, ruby-sass for sass watching/creation.
Introduce a simple Makefile and script to start all required development
services.

When the rebuild API is not available or errors out, show a
notification.

Show and group the results per suite.
