checkupdates does use any color on its output

From the output of checkupdates --help, we see that there is a --no-color options.

So that would imply that the normal output of checkupdates is colorized. But it is NOT.

Please add colors to checkupdates' output

• or remove the --no-color options?!
• or make it a --color option instead and print colored output only when requested (to avoid braking some script and other tools?)
