Very useful to debug upgrades, especially when doing things like meson
ports, where I caught problems multiple times.

"terraform init" will install the necessary provider itself.

Remove the now unused federation cert and key.

A newer version of the script is now included in the devtools package.

It's actually quite difficult to check that a service has failed X times
within a time frame. Mostly because the service may be finished within a
few seconds and zabbix only fetches the state at one instance of time
and not the number of failures. To fix this, we go back to the old
monitoring, but let systemd restart the service.

Due to archive.org failures, this service failes rather often. It
usually works again some minutes or hours later so we disable the
monitoring here and instead add a dedicated trigger in zabbix that waits
a bit longer before notifying us.
