Consider using virt-sparsify to shave off some MBs

In my very cursory testing, using https://libguestfs.org/virt-sparsify.1.html was able to shave off 10MBs for free in our images. Maybe this is worth investigating? Seems pretty easy to add.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
