arch-mirror.marcusspencer.xyz - dropping plaintext HTTP
I've had HTTPS support on my mirror for a while, and there's not a significant performance difference between plaintext HTTP and HTTPS. So I want to drop plaintext HTTP and transition to HTTPS.
For security and privacy reasons, I made it so my mirror currently refuses to serve data over HTTP, and will redirect to HTTPS if asked to do so. Pacman seems happy with these redirects.
Rsync will stay, since there are cases where it is significantly faster or better in other ways than HTTP(S).
Can the HTTP URL be removed from the official list/status page?
Note that the HTTP port won't be actually closed until pacman-mirrorlist
gets an update containing the removal of that URL, or 60 days from the URL being removed from the official list, whichever happens later.
