    docs/README.profile.rst:
Add documentation for the optional `buildmodes` array in profiledef.sh, the understood build modes `bootstrap` and
`iso` and the implicit default build mode 'iso'.
Add basic documentation for the bootstrap_packages.arch file.
Add missing backticks.
Fix indent.
