Wait longer for login to return

When building multiple jobs we often run into the issue of jobs failing due to timeouts. After a chat with @svenstaro it seems that we should just increase the timeout for awaiting the initial login prompt when building on the host.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
