Add helper script to test an archiso image

Currently I'm using a script to run a (locally built) archiso image. It uses qemu to either run using seabios (BIOS) or edk2-ovmf (UEFI).

It would be good to include this script, so that people building things locally have tooling at hand to test the image directly.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
