Add accessibility features

In FS#63166 Alexander Epaneshnikov discussed changes required to make the image created by archiso to be usable by blind and visually impaired people.

These changes currently live in TalkingArch but need to be included in the standard monthly release image.

I have invited Alexander (@alex19ep) to join our Gitlab instance to be able to provide a merge request for the outstanding issues.
