Keep all SYSLINUX files in /syslinux

Merged nl6720 requested to merge nl6720/archiso:syslinux-in-one-dir into master

This gets rid of the duplicate ldlinux.c32 and the useless isolinux.cfg which only points to syslinux.cfg.

Implements #46 (closed).
