configs/releng/airootfs/etc/systemd/system/etc-pacman.d-gnupg.mount: use tmpfs with noswap option

nl6720 requested to merge nl6720/archiso:etc-pacman.d-gnupg.mount-tmpfs-noswap into master

Since tmpfs has a noswap option, use it instead of ramfs. Unlike ramfs, tmpfs has a limit to its size.

This reverts commit 09b04281 ("configs/releng/airootfs/etc/systemd/system/etc-pacman.d-gnupg.mount: use ramfs").
