Revert and reintroduce refind-efi to refind renaming

This reverts and re-introduces the renaming of the refind-efi dependency to refind. As the previous commit did have a discrepancy between committer and signer mail address (although both are the same person) and merges are only ever applied using fast-forward merging, this was changed using a revert and a new commit.
