Remove the uncompressed tar artefact

Emil Velikov requested to merge xexaxo/archlinux-docker:omit-tar-artefacts into master

The file may be useful locally, but for the other stages we don't need it. Explicitly remove it since it tends to be 3-4x the size of everything else.

Even though the expiry is pretty low (2h) uploading and downloading 1G+ for every pipeline seems like a waste.
