Make install locations more configurable and clean up

David Runge requested to merge configurable_target_dirs into master

Allow override for most locations and name files to be installed/used explicitly. Allow setting alternative script location in the archlinux-keyring-wkd-sync.service file. Cleanup WKD sync service related files in uninstall target as well.
