Remove install section from archlinux-keyring-wkd-sync.timer

As we are currently statically enabling archlinux-keyring-wkd-sync.timer via symlinks in /usr/lib/systemd/system, there is no need for an [Install] section. Fixes #220 (closed)

This will only be needed in case we are switching to systemd-preset enabled units in the future.
