[Feature] Request notifications which support multiple IDs

  • I have summed up the feature in concise words in the Summary section.
  • I have completely described the feature in the Description section.

Summary

Support multiple request IDs passed to request notifications.

Description

We now support accepting and rejecting multiple requests at once via their related actions. Due to this, actions taken which reject and/or accept more than one request will cause a single notification sent out for each closure performed.

This might get ugly if abused, since our notifications go toward the aur-requests mailing list.

We should perhaps modify the existing notifications to support multiple request IDs.
