Expand PGP validation error message

Dominik Schulz requested to merge tex/aurweb:tex-patch-pgp-key-errmsg into master

Extend the PGP validation error message to indicate the expected format and provide a hint on how to obtain it.

Other validation failure also include detailed error messages and hints, so I think it should be OK to add more details to this validation as well.
