feat: integrate console-subscriber telemetry

Christian Heusel requested to merge gromit/integrate-tokio-console into main

We have previously experienced hangs of bugbuddy which were exetremely hard to debug because they seemingly happen at random. We therefore include the tokio/console-subscriber crate to ease debugging and maybe find the underlying bugs.
