Cannot move package which changes architectures between repos (staging <-> testing)

This package cannot be moved:

==> ERROR: python-genshi is present in multiple repos (extra-testing-any extra-testing-x86_64)
==> ERROR: python-genshi not found in extra-testing

The package was switched from any to x86_64 in [extra-testing] and likely was there before as 'any'.

The state repo gets added a new $arch package and does not remove the old $arch.
