fix: disable systemd-nspawn terminal coloring

Systemd 256 introduces functionality which colors the terminal background on systemd-nspawn invocations which makes the pkgctl output look weird.

Disable this bevaviour for pkgctl, so it stays active for arch-nspawn (for now).
