fix(arch-nspawn): Copy makepkg.conf.d

When copying the host config in arch-nspawn, check if the specified makepkg.conf has a matching non-empty makepkg.conf.d and copy those files as well.

If we introduce this behavior, we should do that in a uniform way across looks like checkpkg, diffpkg etc as well as document this behavior in at least the man pages.

We really wanted to get this fix out, but didn't wanted to introduce heavy altering of your commit in your name. Subsequently we've opened !306 (merged) to apply the change requests and added to mention of yours in the commit message :!306 (96eff028)

Thanks for my mention! About future contributions, I stumbled upon a niche bug in pacman while researching this one, pacman/pacman#230 (closed).

If this is verified to be considered a bug, it could be fixed with similar logic.
