Otherwise, we would get an error: The key `1x` is required for wgLogos or wgLogo must be defined See the release notes for details: https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Special:MyLanguage/Release_notes/1.35#Configuration_changes_for_system_administrators_in_1.35

It's easier than protecting each template individually. Additionally keep all namespace settings next to one another.
-
The following extensions will be added and loaded: Extension:Renameuser Extension:UserMerge They are needed to allow removing users from the wiki while leaving minimal public traces in the interface. Additionally grant the deletelogentry right to sysops to hide the actions of UserMerge from non-sysops.

MediaWiki 1.32 split off sitewide CSS, JS and JSON editing from the editinterface right. These additional rights are now granted to the interface-admin group, but not to sysops. Add back the lost rights so that sysops once again have full control over the user interface. Mediawiki 1.34 grants rights to the suppress group by default. Since Arch Wiki does not need the kind of separation that Wikimedia sites use, grant all those rights to sysops.
-
The "privileged" group is intended for highly trusted members of the community who, for various reasons, require more rights than a regular user. The group is granted rights appropriate for a trusted person (i.e. editing pages protected with "editprotected2"), but not the rights reserved for wiki maintenance.

The commit 49834166 unintentionally changed the behaviour, since $wgCaptchaTriggers['addurl'] is true by default. Users should not be asked captcha questions at all when editing, we have the AbuseFilter extension for preventing spam.

Setting the $wgLogo to an empty string prevents the loading of the not shown mediawiki img. This saves about 1000 req/hour.

MediaWiki expects arrays and throws errors if a string is found. Using empty arrays works and the group exists as it should without any permissions and without errors. Signed-off-by:

Fixes FS#53745 This would enable Opensearch API queries to be able to search the wiki using a case-insensitive search, for example, the Arch Linux IRC bot "phrik".

This reverts commit 466c8ed5. All good things come in threes. The broken jobs come back when this setting is on so drop it again.

This reverts commit 1df31b61. Double revert! Actually the load came from a bunch of dead jobs that were not cleaned up. The job running itself wasn't the issue.
