Seems to be buggy and doesn't detect proper UTF-8 correctly.

The 'bool' filter only accepts some strings.

We actually do need to specify all fields.

Remove jail config from host_vars that just sets the default of false
(disabled).

Add an hour of delay to spread out borg backup jobs from multiple
servers and other jobs which are scheduled to run at OnCalendar=daily.
