Now that misc/get_key.py checks if the vault file passed to it exists,
we cannot pass paths only resolvable from the root directory. Instead,
use paths that make sense relative to the current directory and avoid
calling chdir when loading the vault file.

Apparently our earlier permissions weren't enough.

This personal access token is for automatically creating official Docker images and will be used via GitLab CI.

We now have a status.archlinux.org page that's on uptimerobot and it monitors a few
of our services. Added the credentials for that service on the vault.

This wrapper automatically handles auth and server via Ansible vault information that we have already.

This reverts commit 14097eee.

We already have group_vars/all/root_access.yml
and playbooks/tasks/reencrypt-vault-key.yml .

Lukas is supposed to be the moderator of aur-dev. I've changed the moderator password
on mailman and sent to him.

Added the OTP seed for the master token. Can be used to login to hetzner in conjunction
with the username and password. This master should only be used to login to create a new
token.
