ansible-lint 6.5.0 complains about:

  name: All names should start with an
        uppercase letter. (name[casing])

These are used to signal the start of the document in a stream of many
documents. As Ansible only supports one YAML document per file this is
unnecessary. About a third of our YAML documents already lacked these.

This is needed so we can provide stable links for libosinfo (used by
gnome-boxes, virt-install and virt-manager for easy installation).

--output-delimiter="" apparently means use the NUL character[1].

The releases are released/tagged and then built, so there is a delay
between releasing a release and the artifcats being ready, we should
handle that gracefully.

Should protect the filesystem from the script going amok and nuking the
filesystem (shouldn't happen).
