nymeria.archlinux.org will be a staging ground for Archweb where it can
be tested.

nymeria.archlinux.org will be used as staging server for archweb to test
new django releases on. Note that the DNS needs to be changed since
nymeria isn't located at hetzner.

Chrome reports that our JavaScript is not compressed with gzip/brotli,
this is due to chrome receiving javascript as application type:
application/javascript.

This release fixes the mirrorlist generator, removes some old css and
upgrades django to 1.11.12.

Test if this manages to kill the process. Closing $logfile doesn't seem
to be enough and tail + perl still continue running.

Django upgrade to 1.11

syncdb is now handled by the migrate command

The arch-devops list was one of the few lists that required the full lists.archlinux.org
domain. Create a mapping to allow messages to be sent to either one.

Seems like the open fd might prevent the script from properly

postfix has autodetection for enabling it, but when it is enabled and
the remote doesn't support it, the mail bounces. Disable for now until
we actually have a need for it.

The password for luna contains some special chars that apparently don't
work properly without quotes.
