Run btrfs scrub for other partitions

Currently we enable btrfs@-.timer for all btrfs machines, but this only runs btrfs scrub on / while on homedir we also have /home as separate btrfs. We should also enable scrub for /home or any other btrfs partition

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
