Plan migration:

• Empty testing/staging and everything
• Disable repo access (ssh)
• Move community to extra with db-move (how long does this take)
• Convert svn to git (how long does this take)
• Move dbscripts commands to the users PATH as there are no two clones anymore
• svn2git is gonna die (stop the service)
• how to make svn repository RO?

@anthraxx I think this is done? Could you close the tasks and the issue?
