Give freswa full DevOps access

Sven-Hendrik Haase requested to merge give-freswa-full-access into master

Frederik wants to get started with the whole mail thing properly and so we should give him access.

After merging, we still need to

  • re-encrypt the vault
  • run the root_ssh and sudo tags everywhere
  • add him to the devops group in Keycloak
  • add him to relevant mail aliases
