Add GitHub OAuth for Keycloak

I made a new OAuth application on GitHub in our Arch Linux group and used that client here.

I know I kind of sneaked a refactor of the vault handling in there but it's for good reason: It's much faster now. It became annoying with the many separate vaults before.

This fixes #2 (closed).
