archwiki: Switch notification mail to noreply

Change this to the noreply mail but also add a wiki tag to it so it can more easily be filtered in mail programs.

Does this work for you with the configured address (noreply+wiki@archlinux.org)? It was not part of the suggestions but was deemed the most fitting as it does not require any extra setup.
