hooks/: use the getarg function to get kernel cmdline parameters

nl6720 requested to merge nl6720/mkinitcpio-archiso:use-getarg into master

mkinitcpio v39 deprecated the use of global variables as a way for getting the value of kernel cmdline parameters in favour of the new getarg function.
