hooks/: add x-initrd.mount to all mount commands · 702577f5

Add `x-initrd.mount` to all mount commands so that systemd knows that
these file systems were mounted in the initramfs stage and must be
unmounted as the very last.

Fixes archlinux/mkinitcpio/mkinitcpio-archiso#5
