Create an AUTHORS file

Currently README lists only a few people that have contributed to mkinitcpio.

As suggested in #119 (comment 82113), it would be better to place the names of everyone that has contributed in an AUTHORS file and edit the README to simply say Copyright © mkinitcpio contributors.
