Explicitly mention the "unified kernel image" and the "UKI" acronym where possible

Merged nl6720 requested to merge nl6720/mkinitcpio:UKI-everywhere into master
  • Rename *_efi_image preset variables to *_uki.
  • Rename option --uefi to --uki.

The old variables and options will still keep working, but will not be documented anymore.

Fixes #134 (closed).
