Update 50-mkinitcpio.install

Merged cedric cvl requested to merge clavelc/mkinitcpio:kernel-install into master
  • Move script to kernel-install subfolder
  • Use Staging area for initrd as well as UKI.
  • Check if mkinitcpio is the desired UKI generator
  • Remove is noop and is left for kernel-install (works for BLS and UKI)
