Draft: Remove old, unused PKGBUILD file

nl6720 requested to merge (removed):rm-PKGBUILD into master

The Arch mkinitcpio package and the mkinitcpio-git package in AUR have their own PKGBUILDs, so there is not reason to keep an outdated file in the git repo.
