Add more questions about Packaging

This PR adds three more questions about Packaging.

I've made a new file as a child to main question at questions/includes/archlinux/packaging.yml and put the new questions into that and put the question about being a TU at the end as pointed out: https://gitlab.archlinux.org/archlinux/asknot-ng/-/issues/1#note_6810

Please feel free to nitpick anything or request changes for any of the links or the titles.
